驾驶台控制一、转换集控室与驾控位置在运行和停车状态下都可以转换集控室和驾驶室之间的遥控位置。在停车状态下,只将集控室控制转为驾驶台控制即可。当在运行位置时,要警惕集控室和驾驶室的调速车钟手柄的位置,否则会引起转换时主机的速度突然变化。因此在转换前,要确认两个调速手柄的位置差别不大,不要引起主机转速突变。二、“停止”模式在停车模式时停车信号传到阀84.停车动作与集控室相同三、“起动”模式驾驶室车钟手柄是没有起动位置的,只能由停止直接到正车/倒车位置,主机遥控系统会自动给一个信号到阀90,再给一个正车信号/倒车信号到阀86/阀88上去,此时阀84(停止信号)也动作机旁操作一、准备在机旁操纵时,必须要把在应急操纵台上的100号阀转换到机旁位置,把调油杆从调速器上脱开,连到机旁手柄上。二、“停止”模式按下102号停止阀将信号送至主机,停车信号会送到高压油泵上的泄放阀,同时也会使10号正车/11号倒车换向导向阀动作,准备换向。燃油滚轮的换向是由转换105号阀来完成的。随后换向信号通过87号阀/89号阀到达10号阀/11号阀 三、“起动”模式在起动主机前,应急操纵台上的速度手柄推到起动位置。当按下101起动阀后,主机空气运行开始。起动信号通过32号阀到33号阀,从而打开主起动阀。四、“运行”模式释放101号阀后主机进入燃油运行模式。当换向起动时,要等所有燃油滚轮导轮换向后再释放101号阀。当燃油运行时,速度调节用速度手柄来实现原因分析:MAN B&W 6S42MC 主机停车有两种路径:一是要将油门总杆拉到零位(调速器的执行器将油门总杆拉到零位);二是要将各个単缸的高压油泵回油阀打开,使高压油泵停止向气缸里喷油。有空气压力作用在高压油泵刺破阀时高压油泵回油阀将打开,主机停车,即有气停车。根据故障现象航行中无警报的情况下停车,应该为析第二种停车路径-各个単缸的高压油泵回油阀打开-有气停车。高压油泵停止信号分为正常停车信号和应急停车信号,即25号阀和127号阀动作导致。我们逐个试验。127号阀试验:此阀试验相对比较容易,因为正常停车此阀不动作(只有在安保或紧急停车时此阀才动作),正常停车下,拆开127号阀阀后气管,因为128号阀为双座止回阀,不用担心气体通过25号阀串过来,没有发现气体泄漏,从而排除此阀故障。25号阀试验:机旁控制位置(应急控制位置):正常停车信号从102号停止阀发出-103号双向止回阀-85号双向止回阀-25号二位三通阀-128号双向止回阀-各个単缸的高压油泵的刺破阀,有气打开回油阀,停车。检查方法:主机停车状态,主启动阀闭锁,空气分配器气源关闭-118号阀关闭,盘车机合上。按下101号启动阀后松开,不要按102号停车阀,此时正常停车信号消失-无空气压力送到25号阀5号口控制端,拆开25号阀-2号口输出端,检查2号口没有气,表示此阀正常。包括100、101、102均正常。那接着试验84号阀:遥控控制位置正常停车信号从84号停车电磁阀发出-85号双向止回阀-25号二位三通阀-128号双向止回阀-各个単缸的高压油泵的刺破阀,有气打开回油阀停车。检查方法:主机停车状态,主启动阀闭锁,空气分配器气源关闭-118号阀关闭,盘车机合上。将84号阀的线圈拆线此时正常停车信号消失-无空气压力送到25号阀5号口控制端,拆开84号阀输出端,发现有气体渗出。故障查明:84号阀的上部分-控制端(电磁阀芯处漏气)有缓慢漏气,在停车信号消失一段时间后,84号阀的上部分-控制端处的压力也缓慢上升使84号阀主阀芯动作,84号阀有停车信号输出,使得25号阀动作停车,且停车前没有警报。 更换84号整体,问题解决(因为电磁阀芯单独不能供船) 写在后话:虽然当前船舶流行电喷主机,但传统MAN B&W 机型在船使用仍占很大比例,MAN B&W 6S50MC主机遥控系统设计相对简单,控制原理比较典型。作为轮机管理人应该掌握其动作原理,遇到问题才能从根源分析,从而解决故障保障安全。如有错误不足之处,欢迎指正交流。 本站仅提供存储服务,所有内容均由用户发布,如发现有害或侵权内容,请点击举报。九八策略-炒股配资开平台-配资天眼官网-股票短线配资提示:文章来自网络,不代表本站观点。
